Job Summary

The Lead Residential Advisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of emploiyees, and providing guidance and support to other residential advisors. The Lead Residential Advisor will work closely with the Housing Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and supportive living environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide guidance to other residential advisors
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of employees
  • Coordinate and participate in resident activities and events
  • Monitor and document resident progress and behavior
  • Communicate regularly with Housing Manager and other staff members
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Assist with employee admissions and discharges
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a residential facility
  • Experience supervising and providing guidance to other staff members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
