What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop strategies to achieve them using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create engaging content for email marketing, social media, and other digital channels within Marketing Cloud.
• Design, build, and manage marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, and multi-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.
• Use scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide technical support to marketing teams for campaign execution, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer role or similar.
• Strong content creation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation principles and practices.
• Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to design and implement data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL.
• Data Cloud experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator.
