- Facilitate sales management and growth.
- Manage Sales Team and sales processes.
- Train and develop sales team.
- Report on sales revenue, growth, top clients, and performance.
- Manage sales metrics for revenue improvement.
- Schedule tradeshow representation.
- Develop and implement customer service strategy.
- Support and develop the Customer Service Manager.
- Ensure team alignment with company vision and customer experience goals.
- Handle contract and agreement reviews.
- Manage client queries and issues (RFIs/RFQs, NDAs, contracts).
- Partner with executive management to improve client sales and support processes.
- Serve as the voice of the client, collaborating with leadership.
- Develop client expectations and support methodologies.
- Provide customer and growth-related reports to executive management.
- Develop new reporting tools and dashboards as needed.
- Directly supervise Sales Department employees and the Customer Service Manager.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, directing work, and appraising performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of senior client relationship or customer service experience.
- Customer-centric mindset with a background in customer research and analytics.
- Extensive management experience in customer service/sales.
- Proven team leadership and mentorship skills.
- Creative thinker with analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to inquiries, write for publication, present information.
- Knowledge of mathematical concepts of probability, statistical inference, geometry, and trigonometry.
- Knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Order processing systems, Project Management software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
