Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

Developing and maintaining cost accounting systems.

Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Performing actual cost studies and audits to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Generating reports for business unit reviews and process improvements.

Participating in manufacturing planning and operations meetings.

Experience You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or Statistics preferred.

5 to 7 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, focusing on standard and job costing.

Most Important: Manufacturing experience, BOM experience, Analysis experience

Strong system skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and PowerBI.

Flexibility, prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with associates at all levels.

Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
