We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous QA Inspector to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards before being released to customers. As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, tests, and assessments of products at various stages of production to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
The QA Inspector will collaborate closely with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions. In addition, the QA Inspector will maintain detailed records of inspections and findings, and communicate any quality concerns to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough inspections of products at different production stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformances during inspections.
3. Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities.
5. Communicate quality concerns and findings to relevant departments and stakeholders.
6. Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance is a plus.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
