ABOUT THE ROLE :

We've got some cool new stuff happening with RPA (Robot Process Automation) and automation in general. We recently got more advanced licensing for ServiceNow, which means we can do even more with our workflows.

We're on the lookout for some extra help for a project that's going to last around three months.

we're on the hunt for an RPA expert in ServiceNow within your network.

• Renewed our ServiceNow with additional automation subscription options. Started down a whole automation initiative. Integration hub and automation engine package were purchased. Also RPA from them.
• lots of automation projects in the pipeline. RPA is new to them. That's where they want to see someone with that experience.

UI path or other products that are similar is ok

Big project is Yardi (their ERP / financial system). automating onboarding of users (properties, roles that users have to be manually assigned now ).

Build that into request form into SNOW and have that whole thing being automated. Some is straight API connections to Yardi but others that can't be automated through that.

• someone more senior. Want to be able to give guidance, direction.
• ideally a SME with RPA specifically .
• big driver is around audit. Manual process, lots of back and forth via email. Under sox compliance. A lot of discovery work around when there are audit flags.

A lot of time spent on that. If automated, this will be much easier.

Probably closer to a BSA type. As long as have implemented it somewhere before. Maybe a dev but it's not code intensive.

Low code, configurations. Don't need a heavy dev background. Have implemented one of these tools before. Ok if on business process side, or admin or dev side.

volume isn't super high. This first RPA is for onboarding new employees. Maybe a few times a month it's happening. Yardi team has mapped out the process.

Good flow charts, good step by step built out within Yardi. Adding people to properties, assigning roles, filling in forms.

• don't need to have worked with Yardi. If you've used Uipath or any other automation tools , servicenow even better
