Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect/Technical Architect - 30 hour guaranteed to start, should push up to 40 hours - Start next week - Remote with 10% travel - Must have EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION (this is a client facing role) Responsible for gathering requirements and process flows, including documentation of all features with acceptance criteria. Manage and segment audience data using the various Marketing Cloud tools (audience builder, data extensions, API, filters, queries, etc.) Support in creating digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including websites, mobile apps, advertising, animation, emails, social media, video games, and interactive displays. Monitor and manage email delivery reports and alerts, including bounce logs. Detailed analysis of business needs Leads user story creation, functional delivery, and sprint demonstrations. Product set & architecture roadmap recommendations and documentation Guide technical implementation. Create automated, integrated marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud, automation studio and data extensions. Assist the Marketing teams with growing their ability levels to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demonstrate a strong command of technical details to translate proposed solutions into functional specifications with technical team. Maintains and develops Salesforce configuration and development constructs pertinent to Marketing Cloud engagements. Required Skills/Abilities 4 years hands on experience with SFMC. General knowledge of HTML and CSS. Strong knowledge of SQL/SOQL scripting Experience in integrating with SFDC and other data platforms to push/pull data. Salesforce Certifications: MC Consultant and MC Email Specialist Ability to manage activities across multiple projects simultaneously Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead challenging client conversations Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask Education and Experience Experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Salesforce Experience managing implementations for third parties preferred Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience A minimum of 4-years Salesforce Administrative experience A minimum of 2 years' experience in the capacity of in a Consulting role
