Job Title: Sr. IT Manager (Finance Systems) Location: Newark, CA (hybrid - onsite 2-3 days/week) Pay Range:$140,000/yr - $180,000/yr DOE What's the Job? Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead ongoing development, maintenance, and administration of various IT applications.
Ensure effective internal controls associated with the system are maintained, including SOX compliance by documenting roles, systems, security changes etc.
Provides leadership for the maintenance, upgrades and other core components of the ERP and other financial system software. Assures software modifications and upgrades are successfully tested before implementation to the live environment.
Understand and interpret business requirements and effectively implement solutions. Lead meetings and provide strategic vision to any technical concerns.
Design and provide end user training and support users with systems related questions.
Support internal and external audits while ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
Build relationships with functional teams within the organization and provide support, answer system related questions and resolve concerns and issues.
Understanding of finance business processes including GL, Financial reporting, AP / AR etc.
Provide technical direction and set & drive a technical roadmap in an enterprise environment.
Qualifications:
8 years of application administration, development, design, configuration etc. with Coupa or NetSuite
System Administration Certificates for Coupa and/or NetSuite are NICE TO HAVE.
Experience at a public company under SOX compliance requirements.
Experience with actively working with/supporting a Finance team within a Public Company environment.
Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts
Effective communication with all levels, including management and external parties.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar STEM concentration.
MUST HAVE ensuring SOX compliance experience for all Finance systems.
