Title : Returns Associate
Location: Rosedale, MD
Pay: $22hr
What you will do:
Under specific direction, purchases parts from suppliers consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need.
How you will do it:

• Analyze and review reorder report recommendations for daily/weekly replenishment.
• Administers purchase order processes and places/creates orders as requested.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on management direction.
• Review vendor acknowledgements verifying price, part, quantities, ship and delivery date accuracy.
• Maintain PO data accuracy.
• Process daily critical back-order reports and update purchase orders and customer orders to ensure accuracy.
• Expedite execution of shipping and receiving orders.
• Reviews and supervises the disposition of all defective material received from suppliers.
• Coordinate warranty returns.
• Invoice reconciliation with vendors regarding discrepancies.
• Processes expense requisitions and procure expense as required.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Associate's degree with minimum 1yr experience; in leu of degree 3-5yrs of related experience.
• Experience with ERP Software, Windows, Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Familiarity and basic understanding of Internet.
• Analytical capability with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Excel, Outlook and Word) is required.
• MAPICS, SAP, and Lawson experience is desired.
