Our client in Wisconsin is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing program initiatives as well as oversee multiple project teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

Pay Rate: $90 - $110/hr.

About the Role:

• Manage program budget and funding channels for optimal productivity.
• Guide and develop the talent of Business Analysts and Software Engineers.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and execute initiatives.
• Manage program and project teams to maximize return-on-investment.
• Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors

Requirements:

• Agile and/or Azure CCNA certification.
• Experience in data warehousing, Azure, working in an agile environment, and collaborating with lead technical, DevOps, and network engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in advanced management roles.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
