Our client in Burlington, KS is seeking a PC Support professional to join their team! You must be within an hour drive of Burlington Kansas to apply.

This person must be able to resolve problems associated with Service Desk tickets that need escalated. Individual must also provide technical knowledge and expertise necessary to solve medium to highly complex problems.

This job is to be performed with limited supervision and has no responsibility or authority for the direction of others.

Job Title : PC Support II

Location : Burlington, KS (ONSITE)

Duration : 6 month - 1 year Contract (open to converting to FT)

What’s Needed?

• 4 years recent experience in desktop operating and networking systems
• Working knowledge of standard concepts, best practices and procedures related to set up / configuration of desktop hardware and current operating system.
• Working knowledge of desktop operating and networking systems.
• Other competencies as required by specific assignments may include knowledge of audio-visual systems, ruggedized laptops, and other computer equipment.

Additional Notes :

Candidate will need to be comfortable working with armed security guards throughout the plant at all times. Must be comfortable being pulled away from the desk to work on issues in other locations throughout the plant.

Candidate must understand the importance of following internal processes that are specific to a nuclear plant.
