Responsibilities

• Processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls
• Processing, analyzing, time off accruals, voluntary / involuntary payroll deductions, new hire information, changes, terminations, bonuses, retirement, etc.
• Setup and maintain garnishments, tevies, child support notices, as well as processing disclosure forms and request vendor payments
• Setup and maintain employee direct deposit information
• Special projects, team collaboration, and performing administrative duties as needed

Requirements :

• Associate degree in related field OR FPC / CPP Certification 2 years of payroll experience, working in fast-paced / high volume environment
• In lieu of degree / certifications, 6 years high level payroll experience

Preferred Qualifications :

• Working knowledge of HRIS System, including Lawson Software, WorkBrain Time and Attendance, Dayforce (Ceridian)
• Experience working in a corporate payroll department
