Title: Customer Services Processing
Location: Troy, AL
Duration: 8 months
Rate Range: $10 to $15/hr. on W2.
Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pmCST

Job Details

• Respond directly to customer bid.
• Work Lead via Salesforce
• Qualify customer need & service availability.
• Pull pricing & generate a proposal.
• Ensure signature of contract
• Maintaining all communication and records from customer engagement are saved for the records of client.
• Ensure the engagement and proper handoff is provided to all supporting agents as outlines in process guides.
• Must have strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
