We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales & Customer Service team, contributing to our mission of expanding the reach and impact of the Federal Lifeline Program to support those in need.

Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Service Trainee:

• Receive comprehensive training from seasoned sales and customer support professionals to understand the role's nuances and responsibilities.
• Engage directly with potential enrollees to assess eligibility for the Federal Lifeline Program.
• Educate enrollees about the program's features and ensure thorough understanding.
• Assist members with enrollment and provide clear expectations.
• Offer additional accessories that complement each enrollee's needs.
• Cultivate and nurture positive relationships within the community.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions for reporting to the Federal Lifeline Program.
