- Hands-on technology execution, solution design, and technical architecture to build a custom Android app using native Android functionality such as CommonHealth
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning
- Research and rapidly prototype interfaces between a native app and the Android ecosystem
- Collaborate with iOS app and mobile web development teams
- Interact with client stakeholders, analysts, designers and QA personnel
- Support and mentor less experienced developers
- 12 years of technical consulting or relevant software engineering and design experience.
- 10 years of experience in android mobile development.
- Demonstrated experience as the senior-most developer on a project, mentoring and possibly leading less experienced developers.
- Ability to interact, communicate and provide technical guidance to the project team.
- Experience with project-based work and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive broad experience and best practices of software engineering, custom application design and development, infrastructure/DevOps, cloud, and data.
- Hands-on capability to evaluate, define, and prototype solutions.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to a business team.
- Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Positive attitude and an ability to work well with client and Experient Group team members.
- Our Preference is for an Atlanta based candidate, but we will consider candidates in the EST and CST time zones.
