**Job Description**

Expeditors' Customer Experience Portfolio is exclusively focused on delivering value to customers and creating the digital products, like EXP.O NOW, that uplift the technology leadership with our customers and industry.

As a Team Manager in Customer Experience EXP.O NOW, you will lead and manage an agile team responsible for providing cross-program services, including application support and user research/design, which will create value for our customers and contribute to the success of the EXP.O NOW product.

The Team Manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring their team members, ensuring that they have the training and tools to do their jobs, and supporting their growth so that they and their teams are healthy and performing well. The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring that their teams understand expectations and how their work is tied to Portfolio performance. The Team Manager will manage any enterprise risk, provider relationships, and/or assets as required by the Portfolio Leader. Team Managers need to optimize their teams to achieve their Portfolio's desired outcomes and be biased towards execution.

This position will report to the Senior Manager of EXP.O NOW and will work directly with program leadership and product management, as well as stakeholders across the company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Support their people's development and career growth

* Develops strategic partnership with respective business stakeholders

* Completely aligned with Portfolio management

* Understand, support, and communicate the G obal IS vision and strategy

* Embrace the Process Architecture, including Lean, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework principles and practices

* Ensure the availability, security and performance of Portfolio systems

* Deliver tangible business value through execution of a Portfolio's initiatives, programs and projects

* Deliver continuous improvement across IS operational responsibilities with measurable outcomes

* Ensure their people understand how their work is tied to outcomes

* Overseeing enterprise risk management, provider relationships, and/or asset management as required by the Portfolio Leader

**Qualifications**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

* Personal and professional alignment with Expeditors culture and ten critical success factors

* Proven experience as a logistics and technology oriented leader

* Strong leadership, management, financial, communication and execution capabilities

* Experienced problem solver, strong collaborator and able to provide clarity around complex topics

* Experience with DevSecOps, Lean, Agile and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

* Assertive personality, interpersonal, action and outcome driven leadership

* Ability to actively inspire, coach, mentor and motivate

* Ability to promote autonomy, mastery and purpose, through empowerment and creating leaders

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Prior team management experience

* Prior experience working in customer-facing contexts

* Prior experience working in user experience and/or application support contexts
