**Job Description**

This is an exciting role based on-site at the customers location in Atlanta. The Reverse Logistics Analyst is responsible for collecting data and creating dashboards based on global metrics related to supply chain and logistics operations, as well as for presenting and reporting findings directly to the customer.

**Primary Functions**:

Must have strong data visualization and database management skills. This broad-spectrum analytics role is responsible for leveraging all available data and has a wide range of responsibilities including the collection, cleansing, analysis, reporting, interpretation, and presentation of data. Analysts must have the ability to develop end-to-end data solutions utilizing relational databases and data visualization tools.

* Maintain data table on inventory disposition

* Research and timely response to inquiries from customers

* Use critical thinking skills to make fluid decisions

* Translate information to create valuable Data Analytics

* Strong knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server,and BigQuery

* Understanding and working knowledge of coding languages such as Java and Python

* Knowledge of Google Workspace, Tableau, and Data Studio highly desired

**Qualifications**

* Excellent written and verbal communications

* Customer support experience

* Attention to detail with ability to produce accurate analysis of information

* Previous Experience with Google Workspace (Google Docs/Sheets)

* Be able to create dashboards and charts to summarize data and display information

* Min 2 years experience in a business process analytics / data analytics role

* Warehousing experience

* Understanding of supply chain operations, including logistics order management, warehousing, transportation, inventory and trade compliance.

* Experience in Cloud Technology

* BA/BS Degree in a Technical Field or commensurate experience
