About the Position:

The Business Analyst II is an integral part of a dynamic development team, bridging business needs with systems solutions. This position is responsible for employing business, systems, data and process analysis techniques to elicit requirements, align stakeholders, and design and implement optimal systems solutions. The Delivery team is a green-field development effort tasked to create a new system for our branch users to manage all aspects of final shipments delivery to consignees. Branch users around the world are anxious for new and easy-to-use functionality. The project is currently in the planning and design stage with a goal to deploy the first release in roughly one year.

**Qualifications**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Demonstrable analysis skills, knowledge, and aptitude

* Ability to elicit and clearly articulate stakeholder's business and technical needs

* Ability to formulate, propose and compare solutions, and clearly document requirements

* Ability to facilitate productive discussions and lead groups to consensus

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Knowledge of the Unified Modeling Language (UML), modern architectural styles, and Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)

* Understanding of database structures, data relationships and Structured Query Language (SQL)

* Understanding of the transportation/logistics industry
