Job Title: Recruiter(Staffing)

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: Full-time

Job Summary:

• candidate’s primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively manage their staffing needs. Candidate will be working closely with both clients and candidates sourced by the delivery team, to ensure the right fit for positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' staffing needs, objectives, and company culture.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks to clients.
• Contract and Agreement Management:
• Negotiate staffing contracts and service agreements with clients.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and client expectations.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on the performance of placed candidates.
• Address any issues, conflicts, or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, human resources).
• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
