• Support operations for a corporate office building, including:
• Sending out notifications and communications
• Reviewing insurance certifications
• Managing work order requests efficiently
• Handling Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable tasks
• Analyzing and interpreting budgets
• Providing assistance to vendors and tenants as needed
• Navigating varied challenges with problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $28.96 per hour
