Berger Moving & Storage, Inc is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Support Representative to join our team in Addison, IL!
The Customer Service Support Representative job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Create & Update orders
? Scanning documents for Customer Service team
? Create estimates and cost comparisons for Customer Service team
? Assist with prepayment audit process, entering invoices
? Assist Cust. Serv Team in making daily check calls to transferees
? Email claim forms to transferees
? E3080 Process - Calling transferees, entering info. in the GSA E3080 site to generate the survey
? Manage the filing system - file completed move folders in the appropriate area
? Other duties as assigned by management.
The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
? High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);
? Strong and accurate data entry skills;
? Strong verbal and written communication skills;
? Able to effectively communicate with internal and external clients;
? Able to multi-task and meet set deadlines
? Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
