Here at Expedia Group, we are looking for a motivated team member to join our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team as a Recruiting Program Specialist.

As a Recruiting Program Specialist, you will play a key part in bringing top talent into our organization. In this role, you will focus on day-to-day candidate and new hire requests, and you will be a resource and subject matter expert for your internal and external stakeholders.

This includes, arranging interviews across multiple locations and time zones, supporting candidate onboarding activities, and navigating different processes, tools, and technologies.

Additionally, the Recruiting Program Specialist will help lead process improvements, enhancing the candidate experience and partnership building, while offering guidance and support to the Global Talent Acquisition team.

What you’ll do :

Deliver an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start date.

Provide a high-touch level of customer service to all stakeholders, including Recruiting, Sourcing and Delivery Teams within the GTA function, as well as Executive Assistants, Business Units and HR Partners.

Serve as the point of contact for handling complex and urgent escalated cases within the GTA function and providing resolution in a professional and efficient manner.

This may involve in-depth research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the application of company policies and procedures.

Complex calendar management for pre-brief, hiring manager screens, individual and panel interviews, and debrief requests, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.

Managing interview logistics, such as coordinating across multiple time zones, working with executive assistants, and hiring managers, reserving interview rooms, sending out interview invitations and coordinating candidate travel.

Responsible for the pre-employment operational tasks such as offer document creation (including offer letters / contracts, equity letters, and relocation policies), and background check process management.

Enter and maintain data integrity in recruiting tools.

Quality check and post internal and external job postings (currently RCs own this, but question on whether they should future state).

Play a key role in identifying and delivering on opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Initiate and lead strategic projects within the Enablement & Operations (E&O) team and GTA function. Step in and support E & O pillars and their workstreams to achieve the E & O Team, GTA, and EG Goals.

Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event activities : Before event- event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and setup.

During events- managing registration, guiding, and engaging attendees, and ensuring the smooth flow of activities. Post event- collaborate in the evaluation of event success, including gathering feedback and data for future improvements.

Maintaining a comprehensive record of new hires' start dates, ensuring timely onboarding and coordination with other departments.

Coordinating the delivery of company-branded merchandise and welcome gift baskets for new employees, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for incoming employees.

Support equipment ordering for new hires ensuring they have the tools needed to be productive from day one.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $66,000.00 to $92,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $105,500.

00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
