What you'll do :
You will support a Senior Manager and a Director in monitoring financial performance for a portfolio to achieve business, revenue and profitability objectives.
You will identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses and scale winning tests to improve SEM overall performance and return over investment.
You will learn and execute on the fundamentals of search marketing, implement biding methods and maintain overall account health and performance.
You will be able to manipulate and derive insights from large datasets.
You will be partnering with Google, Bing and other search engines to ensure that we’re early adopters of all product alphas and betas.
Who you are :
Individuals who have excellent quantitative analysis experience. SEM is an art and a science, but more about science than art these days.
Experience in working with Microsoft Excel. Expect questions in this area!
Understands basic concepts associated with budget management and ROI assessment.
Demonstrates an understanding of how to drive performance improvement in marketing campaigns.
Proven track record of large-scale data set manipulation either through course work or work experience.
Excellent collaboration at all levels, including crisp and compelling verbal and written executive communication.
Trustworthiness, transparency and dedication to partnership in a fast-paced environment. We strongly believe in the "One Team" philosophy.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $66,000.00 to $92,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $105,500.
00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
