We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to cultivate relationships with therapists, treatment programs, and educational consultants in Boulder County and beyond. POSITION DESCRIPTION

Maintains an in-depth understanding of Expand Mentoring's services, mission, and vision, proficient in presenting Expand's innovative and personalized mentoring model to the community and referral partners.

Engages with referral sources in a compassionate, inclusive, and professional manner, fostering positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Adapts readily to organizational changes and departmental restructuring to better serve the needs of our clients, families, and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Relationships: Cultivating and nurturing relationships with diverse community stakeholders, including therapists, treatment programs, educational consultants, and other professionals.
• Networking: Participating in events, conferences, and meetings to establish connections and build partnerships with potential collaborators.
• Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing opportunities to connect with potential clients or partners who could benefit from our services.
• Partnership Development: Collaborating with community organizations, businesses, and institutions to form partnerships that align with our organization's goals.
• Marketing and Promotion: Devising and implementing marketing strategies to raise awareness of our services and enhance our visibility within the community.
• Community Engagement: Conducting outreach activities such as presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to increase awareness of our mission and initiatives.
• Data Management: Tracking outreach activities, maintaining records of contacts and partnerships, and producing regular reports on outreach efforts and outcomes.
• Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure cohesive and effective outreach efforts.
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Assessing the effectiveness of outreach strategies and recommending enhancements based on feedback and results.
• Adaptability: Remaining flexible and responsive to evolving community needs and organizational priorities.
• Travel: Travel within Boulder County and Denver, as well as for business-related conferences, required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration, communications or relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in community outreach and/or patient acquisition in the mental health setting
• A combination of relevant experience, interpersonal skills, and a passion for community engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Must demonstrate ability to work in a busy, time-sensitive environment and prioritize multiple competing needs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proficient with Google Suite; Must demonstrate strong computer/technology proficiency
• Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, provide proof of auto insurance indicating you have $100k/$300k Bodily Injury/$100k Property Damage coverage and have reliable transportation

Pay: $51,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
