What You Will Do:

As the Solution Delivery Manager, Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing business performance. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, systems, and processes. In leading the BI team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct in-depth data analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape strategic decision-making.

How You Will Make An Impact:

Business Intelligence Strategy:

• Develop and execute the overall BI strategy, aligning it with the company’s objectives and long-term vision.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven goals to measure and monitor business performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve BI processes, tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy and data accessibility.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Create and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Data Governance and Quality:

• Implement data quality measures and perform regular audits to maintain high data accuracy and reliability.
• Work closely with IT and other teams to optimize data management processes and systems.

Business Performance Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue generation based on data insights.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, predictive analytics, and other quantitative tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Learn, utilize, and experiment with leading Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI to extract, transform, and visualize data effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to understand their data needs and develop customized BI solutions to support their decision-making processes.
• Act as a strategic advisor, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Foster a data-driven culture by promoting BI awareness, training, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

How You Will Grab Our Attention:

• A B.S. degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field is highly desired

• Three or more years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate business processes, market dynamics, and industry-specific KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and present them in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Success working in a deadline driven environment, under high demand
• Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts is a plus.
