**Job Summary:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store. **Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience

- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and Point of Sale (POS) system

- Assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and providing product information

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Meet sales targets and goals set by the management

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

**Skills:**

- Experience in customer service is preferred

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products

- Familiarity with cash handling, basic math, and POS systems

- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays effectively

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate exceptional time management

- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous
