At Exostellar, we're at the intersection of ML/AI, HPC and Cloud Infrastructure, dedicated to transforming the landscape of Machine Learning Operation (MLOps) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions. Our mission is to empower organizations by simplifying the complexities of deploying, managing, and scaling AI and ML (Machine Learning) applications. As we embark on the development of a new MLOps middleware
and PaaS product line, we're looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the charge.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction and technical design of our innovative MLOps middleware and PaaS product line. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this individual will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI and machine learning infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post- launch analysis, for our new MLOps middleware and PaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the AI and machine learning infrastructure space.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and customer needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and refine product strategies.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for the product line.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of product management experience, ideally within the fields of MLOps, AI, or related infrastructure services.
  • Proven track record of successfully defining and launching technical products or services.
  • Experience shipping enterprise products with great user experiences at scale
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Operational experience of MLOps platforms like MLFlow, Kubeflow or H2O.
  • Development Experience with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups and/or large enterprise environments, with a preference for candidates who have also worked with service providers or ISVs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Can work effectively in a remote environment.
