Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking for Program Nurses (RN's) for nights for our Eastside Urgent Care Center.
Job Summary:
The Program Nurse (RN/LPT/LVN), under the direction of the Program Director, is to assist in the oversite of all clinical and administrative activities for the Exodus Recovery Urgent Care Centers including development, implementation and compliance with established standards of care in accordance with all federal, state and local statutes. This Program Nurse is responsible for providing direct and indirect services in a manner consistent with Rehabilitation and Recovery principles. Performs comprehensive screening and assessment (if within scope of practice) services to clients as well as providing education, crisis intervention, and medication services in collaboration with Exodus providers. The Program Nurse also performs activities that may be carried out only by professional nursing personnel. (RN Only)- supervision and delegation of duties to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
Commensurate with experience.
