Exodus Recovery is looking to hire a Clinical Services Supervisor for our Housing Supportive Services program located in Fresno, CA.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Services Supervisor shall be responsible for the supervision and management of HSS social services staff. The coordinator shall participate in program development, provide necessary training and serve as an educational and clinical resource to staff. The Clinical Services Coordinator will be required to manage staff at multiple locations.

Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) shall employ individuals to provide therapeutic interventions, psychosocial assessments, initiate contacts with a variety of community resources; and implement linkages and discharge planning for clients in the Exodus HSS Programs. The Clinical Services Supervisor shall collaborate with a variety of community agencies with the goal of establishing a comprehensive list of resources to meet the multiple needs of the persons served.

The Clinical Services Supervisor shall meet the qualifications as indicated in the Short-Doyle Medi-Cal Rehab Option Manual and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and five (5) years clinical experience in the mental health field.
• Active California licensure in good standing. Applicable Licenses LCSW, LMFT, LPCC.
• Ability to effectively supervise, develop and train staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of therapeutic interventions, assessment, community resources and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work independently and shows mature judgment. Ability to prioritize essential tasks and manage time efficiently. Ability to collaborate with multiple organizations and agencies.

Education:

• Masters’ degree in a mental health related field: doctoral psychology degree; master’s in MFT, PCC or MSW preferred.
• Current CA license or licensed eligible registration and current Continuing Education for maintenance of license or registration as applicable.
• Current CPR Certification required and current HWC Certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,400.00 - $100,880.00 per year
