Trumbull Services of Hartford, CT, is a company that provides best-in-class technology and services to property and casualty insurers.

We are looking for ambitious and smart individuals to join one of our many specialized teams in Hartford, CT.

Responsibilities :

• Review and identify claims with subrogation potential
• Communicate subrogation needs and investigation strategies to front-line adjusters
• Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation
• Issue notices in accordance client requirements and state specific regulations
• Provide detailed updates on claim status
• Negotiate and settle auto related subrogation claims with attorney's, adverse carriers, or at fault parties
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years' experience in General Liability or Auto / Collision Claims
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• As the role grows, ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to : location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees.
