Title: Technical Architect Duties: The Technical Architect (Multiple positions) at EXLService.com, LLC, in New York, NY will be part of EXL’s Global Products and Platforms software solutions group focused on building EXL’s Lifepro product and related industry solutions. Utilize Document Management Applications such as OnBase, FileNet, Sharepoint to configure settings related to document management system functions including, document types, document type groups, autofill keyword sets, datasets and keyword updates. Conduct requirement gathering, analysis and create technical specification documents. Develop API’s and perform configuration changes. Participate in PI Planning sessions, scrum meetings and retrospective sessions. Participate in walk-throughs, inspections and review meetings. Co-ordinate with cross-application team for upstream and downstream impact analysis. Telecommuting permitted. Salary: $169,229 per year. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related computer/IT field plus 5 years of professional experience supporting Document Management systems. Must have 5 years of experience with each of the following: 1) Document management application using Hyland OnBase EP3 Foundation; 2) OpenText Content Server and Archive server Administration and Development; 3) FileNet suite of products, including capture professional, image services, Readsoft, IDM Desktop and Sharepoint; 4) designing, developing, and implementing web based applications using C#.Net; 5) SQL Server and Oracle; and 6) version control management tools, including PVCS Dimensions, Starteam, TFS, or GIT.Send resume and cover letter to us.careers@exlservice.com.
