Senior Consultant Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, project management and developing strategy for healthcare solutions The ideal candidate for this position will come from a healthcare background and is a proactive thinker, self-starter, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to work independently Role and Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable steps Plan execution of project by creating defined tasks and milestones Steer the solution design and be the key contact person for all client communication Responsible for end to end design and delivery of project Develops, validates and executes algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions. Explores, examines and interprets large volumes of data in various forms Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses Uses data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business decisions Documents projects including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics/Mathematics, Econometrics/Economics, Engineering/Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related quantitative field required; Master’s degree preferred 6 years of relevant analytic experience with focus in data science and analysis advance machine learning models, statistical Tests, PCA, clusteringSQL, Python technologiesstudy designs, power/sample size computations, (longitudinal) data analysis, survival analysis, Bayesian analysis, statistical modelling, and simulationsExperience building data science, machine learning and/or optimization models Strong knowledge of the underlying mathematical and statistical principles that are foundational to data science Experience building and utilizing a robust experimentation framework (e.g., A/B testing) to measure performance of deployed models Experience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)High energy and a sense of urgency to deliver results, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines. Capability to anticipate and timely communication of project roadblocks before they occur
