Job Title: Junior Chief of Staff / Analyst

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Chief of Staff to support the Head of our Emerging Business Unit. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong command of PowerPoint and Excel, and a keen eye for detail.
As a Junior Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of the Emerging Business Unit in various strategic initiatives, operational tasks, and communication efforts.
This is an opportunity to work with a global team and gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Support the Head of the Global Emerging Business Unit in day-to-day activities and strategic projects.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to support key business decisions and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and ensure timely completion.
• Provide general project management support to the Head of Emerging Business Unit on critical projects from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work 3 days per week onsite at our Midtown NYC office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Must have strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
