The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing a varied menu, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.

Pay is an hourly rate plus tips in some positions.
Responsibilities include :
Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
Maintain accurate station food inventories
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
Rotate stock items as per established procedures
Make salads and sandwiches
Work with team
Ensure that the food area is cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
Work open and close shifts
1 years’ experience as a Line Cook or food prep
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to food quality and control
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Good customer service skills
- Must be fluent is English
