What You'll Do:

• Develop and build product-based technical solutions for customers and prospects using Python, Java, and other relevant programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, test, and release software solutions.
• Advise onboarding customers on technical solution options, considering best practices, regulatory limitations, and platform evolution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technical issues and requests from potential customers and stakeholders.
• Review system API documentation to comprehend integration capabilities.
• Develop application integrations via product APIs and work with cross-functional teams to document and understand integration requirements.
• Provide valuable input to long-term technology roadmaps for product and supporting system integrations.
• Communicate the level of effort required for system integrations to ensure effective customer communication.
• Create and support analytics tools for evaluating usage, statistics, and other metrics supporting customer use of software solutions.
• Develop batch automation tools for autonomous customer usage and the running of batch files.
• Work closely with Application Architects and various Application teams responsible for interfaces to backend data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, sales, technology, and product leaders, to understand and document requirements for system integrations.
• Utilize agile delivery methods to facilitate the definition, design, development, testing, and release of product-based solutions.
• Understand and analyze customer mission space, conceptualize solutions aligned with customer needs, and communicate effectively with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by documenting, tracking, and communicating implementation status details for simultaneous customer projects.
• Work on ETL and Data Integration solutions, including data cleansing, data modeling, and data quality.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of three or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, JSON, PERL, UNIX Shell Scripting, and SQL.
• Experience in developing with product APIs and integrating complex systems.

Professional Experience Required:

• A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience executing technical discovery, design, and integration deliverables for various platforms and systems.
• Proven technical background covering all aspects of system implementation and integration within an enterprise IT production environment.
• Experience in leading development processes for assigned projects, ensuring timely deliverables and realized objectives.
• Proven project management and superior communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to advise customers and internal teams on complex technical matters, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical individuals.
• Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes containers.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Snowflake, AWS, or big data/data warehousing
