As an exercise equipment repair technician, you will be repairing and servicing a variety of exercise equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, striders, and recumbent bikes are the common machines you will be working with. The warranty company will diagnose the machine. You will replace the parts sent and make sure that the machine is working as described by the manufacturer.

Responsibilities and Duties Replace parts sent by the warranty company. Ensure machine is working according to the manufactures specifications. Required to lift and move parts. Obtain photographs or video evidence of the machine if the parts sent are incorrect/faulty. Attain signed completion paperwork for invoicing purposes. Follow simple written instructions in the equipment manual. Re-diagnose the machine if the original diagnosis is incorrect. Order additional parts if needed. Provide your own tools for the repairs.
Qualifications Experience working on Exercise Equipment is preferred. Ability to communicate via telephone, email, and in person. Capable of standing, sitting, squatting, and lifting. Reliable transportation is required. Basic computer skills are necessary.
