Role: Lawn Application Technician

We're in search of highly skilled, licensed, and experienced Lawn Application Technicians to join our team!

**Responsibilities: **

- Apply fertilizers, weed and insect control

- Operate machinery proficiently

- Understand chemical rates and mixing ratios

- Hold a valid driver's license for operating our trucks and have reliable transportation to and from our shop

- Identify various grasses, weeds, diseases, and insects, and implement appropriate control solutions

- Treat lawns with high-quality, environmentally sensitive products (e.g., grass seed, fertilizer, herbicides, pesticides, etc.)

- Meet production goals

- Drive truck and trailer

- Fill out and complete paperwork accurately

**Requirements: **

- Valid CT Driver’s License

- CT Pesticide License

- 2 years of sprayer experience is a PLUS

- Ability to drive a truck and trailer

- Capability to lift 50 lbs or more daily

- Pass drug screening and background check
