Executive Health and Sports Center is Hiring a Camp Counselor Near Manchester, NH

CAMP COUNSELOR PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Camp Counselor’s purpose is to successfully help run camp activities for which they’re assigned, ensuring all participants safety and enjoyment of their assigned camp.

CAMP COUNSELOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily responsibilities include running camp activities for children ages 5-12 years old, communication with parents and customers, signing up campers, helping set up and break down camp equipment, and helping to manage and supervise daily activities for camp goers. Be a team player willing to go above and beyond to provide our campers with a great experience!

CAMP COUNSELOR PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must commit to working the entire summer 8-week program. February and April vacation camp availability a plus. Applicant must be able to be physically active, carry items of up to 25 lbs. and work 4-8 hours shifts. Ability to stay engaged with the campers in all camp activities. Must be able to swim and be willing to become CPR certified before the 1st day of camp.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with children from the age of 5 years to 12 years preferred.
  • Camp and or Youth Programming experience is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION:

The Executive Health and Sports Center offers a highly competitive package for employees which includes a base hourly pay between $13 and $16 per hour, free Health Club Membership (valued at over $1,200 ), and employee discounts across our collection of company services which include food services, spa services, pool access, and a number of other attractive offerings.

SUPERVISION:
