We are seeking a Principal for our HCZ Promise Academy II High School. The Principal will serve as the instructional leader, responsible for managing policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school. The Principal is responsible for ensuring both teaching and administrative staff are properly advised in curriculum development, use of materials and equipment, and implementation of state and federal programs and procedures to foster a productive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mission of HCZ Promise Academy, a demonstrated track record of success moving students and using data to inform the big picture, and an understanding and respect for the families and community of Central Harlem. This role serves as a member of HCZ’s senior leadership team and reports to the Deputy Superintendent of Promise Academy Charter Schools.

SUPERVISES: Assistant Principal, Operations Director, Office Manager, Parent Coordinator
