• Drive Efficiency: Implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Manage Projects: Coordinate and manage major projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, forecast finances, and ensure fiscal health.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
