Job description will include some or all the following:

The role of the Assistant Manager of Field Services is to support the Team and the Manager of Field Services, and to improve overall team health, morale, and cohesiveness.

Duties for this role include:

· Assist new technicians to become part of your team and adopt the Executech Way.

· Assist Manager of Field Services in managing client satisfaction for all Executech clients assigned to the Team.

· Set up and handle tech introductions for clients assigned to team members.

· Handle client QA meetings and client reviews.

· Act as an assistant in managing team members including, but not limited to:

· Provide public positive feedback when team members go over and above.

· Perform daily huddles with your team to create unity and improve team morale, provide a safe space for team discussions, review schedules, discuss a SMAC/culture item, and other items as needed.

· Provide coaching sessions for team members as needed, both for corrective actions and for positive feedback.

· Handle employee reviews.

· Monitor the hours of your team.

· Review ConnectWise Manage to ensure hours are being met, entries are clear and are sufficiently detailed.

· Monitor and correct problems with underage at clients assigned to you and your team.

· Learning, adopting, and implementing advanced management techniques including, but not limited to:

· Being approachable as someone other members can speak to.

· Being coachable and able to make corrections based on guidance provided.

· Learning proper peer processing techniques to be able to give coaching to and take coaching from other members of the management team.

· Being a resource to your team and handling escalations as needed.

· Learning and practicing the training sessions provided in our Thursday management meetings.

· Adopting company values as directed by Leadership.

Job requirements:

· Possess and have demonstrated management/leadership skills. Prior management experience desired.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Mandatory attendance for monthly Division Management meetings, daily Division management conference calls and Friday morning training meetings.

· Average at least 90% efficiency over last year.

· No lost clients in the last 6 months.

· Sales aptitude to grow the business in your assigned area. 

· Possess a wide technical aptitude and skill set.

· Be a self-starter that can manage time without oversight.

· No unresolved disciplinary actions within the last year.
