Job Description
As an Audiologist in our practice, you will diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices. Our commitment to quality care ensures that we maintain the highest standards of service for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed hearing evaluations for both pediatric and adult patients.
Review patient medical histories and collaborate with ENT physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
Work alongside ENT specialists to provide comprehensive care.
Design and implement tailored treatment plans, including amplification devices, assistive listening technologies, aural rehabilitation, and counseling.
Ensure clear and prompt communication with ENT physicians through detailed reports.
Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards in all aspects of service delivery.
Requirements
Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations, including air- and bone-conduction tests, comprehensive speech assessments, and immittance measures.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
