Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and promote our brand through Sales at Local Farmer's Markets. The Sales and Marketing team member will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and driving business growth. This role requires a background in sales, marketing, and business development but we will train the right candidate(s).

Duties:

-Set up canopy/tent, table, and gummie display at local Farmer's Markets in order to sell our brand of products. www.exclusivegummies.com. We will find a Farmer's Market close to your location so the commute is minimal!
- Develop and execute sales by offering FREE Samples and then showcasing our product(s) based off what the customer is familiar with and needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns

Requirements:
- No Degree required!
- Proven success in sales, marketing and being a "people person!" We will train the right individuals!
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Ability to learn about our CBD and THC Products - training is provided so you will be comfortable when working on your own!

-Looking for someone who loves to do Farmer's Markets 4-8 hours on weekdays/weekends pending the Market Dates.

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary for a training period and then you have the option to switch to straight commission based off your sales numbers. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
