Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in training and development of new office staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and file management systems
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
