Summary:

The Creative Director is a new key role that will be responsible for leading creative as a member of the Marketing Team. The Creative Director will maintain, enrich, and execute on the Exclusive brand. The ideal candidate will have a growth-focused mindset, be able to develop innovative and memorable creative concepts, while rolling up their sleeves and executing on EXCLUSIVE’s brand and channel assets. The role will help us expand our market share, deepen our relationships, and win new business through bold, integrated ideas. The ideal candidate is a proven leader: you know how to empower your team and communicate creative concepts. They are also agile and quick on their feet.

Responsibilities:

  • Innovation and growth of our brand
      • Enrich the brand with new ideas and directions that add value and depth in order to achieve specific goals
      • Optimize the brand to better resonate with changes in EXCLUSIVE’s audience and direction
      • Develop and maintain effective template systems for increased efficiency and brand consistency
      • Develop and maintain asset libraries to support high creative standards across the organization
      • Lead and drive innovation by introducing new ideas and inspiration to team members
      • Collaborate across teams to understand and help deliver meaningful brand experiences that support each team’s specific goals and requirements
  • Design & Creative Delivery
    • Design and lead the creation of assets to support marketing and company-wide initiatives – campaign themes, collateral, email, ads, video, social, landing pages, UX, website, illustration, photography, speaking ops, events, etc.
    • Collaborate effectively with all members of the Marketing Team to ensure efficacy of strategy, approach and design around all deliverables
    • Self-manage deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and design quality is excellent
    • Proactively gather feedback from stakeholders and team to implement solutions for continuous improvement
    • Identify and improve on established design practices and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in creative
  • Experience in creating, executing on, and maintaining brand designs
  • Experience moving multiple projects forward simultaneously while maintaining an excellent design standard
  • Established eye for creative and design and the ability to be agile
  • Attention to detail and experience with leading a high-paced team
  • Ability to empower your team and mentor them
  • Ability to translate business goals and challenges into creative solutions
  • Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, experience with motion graphics and rendering is preferred
  • Experience working with performance-driven clients is a plus
  • Experience working with digital marketers is a plus
