We are looking for a highly organized Janitorial Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the common areas and restrooms of a few different properties and/or the daily cleaning for a large office tenant. All while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual with experience cleaning commercial properties, is self motivated, has careful attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a friendly positive attitude.

Attendance is crucial in this roll as many of the tasks have a daily requirement and being absent creates a hardship for co-workers.

We are looking to hire one FT or two PT associates for this job. PT would be 15-25 hours a week, FT would be 36-40 hours a week. This job has a somewhat flexible schedule for a PT employee, but does need to be during the typical business hours of 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday. Only FT associates are eligible for benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
