Core Responsibilities: Oversee the planning of strategic projects and programs for the Legal, Risk and Regulatory (LRR) org, building relationships with other members of LRR Leadership Team and the General Counsel to ensure success and stakeholder satisfaction Manage the technology operations team (approx 5-8 employees) Manage strategic activities for the Legal, Risk and Regulatory (LRR) org, inclusive of coordinating meetings with stakeholders, working with end users to write requirements and test changes, review model output and provide vendor feedback, provide strategic direction (inclusive of roadmap creation and deck generation) for various technology initiatives within LRR. Technology Systems Responsibilities: Oversee ExACT (Nasdaq internal system) changes and enhancements including compliance program changes and enhancements and oversight of Morningstar filing and financials feed Oversee Listing Center (US and Nordics) including automated forms and FAQs reviews and updates Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of experience Experience with technology systems required Experience with work flow management systems a plus Operational Responsibilities Manage the strategic goal creation and scoring process for the Legal, Risk and Regulatory (LRR) organization Manage the LRR budget including outside counsel expenses, working closely with business controllers and the LRR CFO Support the creation of the LRR bi-weekly report and bi-monthly newsletter Support the creation of strategic and financial decks, as needed Manager vendors and resource allocations Support finance matters, bill payment and research for the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) Come as You Are Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
