Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The OT will play a key role in providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to our residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives and promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate residents' functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' goals and needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence.
• Provide education and training to residents and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of West Virginia.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
