Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients/residents.
• Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities aimed at improving daily living skills.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records as per regulatory guidelines.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required for consideration.
