Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for an upbeat and active individual with quadriplegia, in Baldwinsville. The individual would require assistance on weekends around the home and in the community. Available shifts are:

Friday nights - 8:00 PM-10:30 PM

Saturday mornings - 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Saturday evenings - 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Sunday mornings - 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Sunday evenings - 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Monday mornings - 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

(Hours subject to change, based on individual's needs)

Looking for someone who can preferably work every weekend, but also open to a candidate who can only do every other weekend.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assistance with independent living skills, support with health and safety and pursuing personal interests. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. A reliable vehicle and a valid NYS driver's license are required. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay rate: $20.65 per hour.

In efforts to continue to recruit and retain the best staff, Exceptional Family Resources is pleased to announce the 2024 Employee Retention Bonus. The first bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 1/21/2024 to 6/8/2024. The second bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 6/9/2024 to 11/9 /2024.
